Nationwide Public Service Internship Programs

Building local pipelines for public service

Civic Leadership USA is partnering with APALI as a consultant to design a nationwide grants program for 30 local community groups to organize student public service internship programs. APALI will also convene a national internship conference for 60 internship leaders to share best practices and a civic leadership training for 60 selected interns. The long-term goal of the renewable CLUSA grants is to help AAPI communities nationwide to develop public service pipelines for elected offices and government careers.

International Student Leadership Training

Building character for the next generation of leaders

APALI has been invited to develop a multi-day civic leadership training for future leaders from Taiwan as part of a summer study program to the U.S. Chosen from various universities with majors such as political science, these students will be exposed to American leaders, political institutions, and exploration of personal leadership.
